Operator Terms & Conditions

Your account and authority

You must provide accurate company and contact details, verify your email, and have authority to represent the adventure provider. Operator accounts provide website access only and are separate from traveller accounts. Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access.

Content permission

You retain ownership of your content. By accepting the separate content declaration, you permit AdventureMatch to store, resize, format and display submitted adventure descriptions and images within the AdventureMatch app. You confirm that you hold the rights needed to grant that permission.

Optional website collection

If you separately opt in, AdventureMatch may collect adventure listings, descriptions and images from the website you identify for use within the app. You may withdraw this permission for future collection through your portal. Contact us about removal or correction of content already collected; withdrawal does not automatically remove published listings.

Review and accurate listings

Applications, new adventures and proposed changes require approval. Approval does not guarantee publication, traffic or bookings. You must keep prices, availability, descriptions, safety information and booking links accurate and promptly request corrections.

Independent providers

You remain responsible for your services, licences, insurance, safety, bookings and communications. AdventureMatch does not process traveller payments or provide your adventure services.

Access and concerns

We may suspend operator access or remove content for inaccurate information, rights concerns, misuse or safety issues. Report problems through our Reporting Process or contact hello@adventurematch.app. We record versioned agreement and permission evidence as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates

Material updates may require renewed acceptance before you can use operator management tools.
