SAFETY, RIGHTS & ACCURACY

Report a concern

Signed-in users can report an adventure directly in the app. Anyone—including a rights holder without an account—may email hello@adventurematch.app.

What you can report

Copyright and trademark notices

Please identify the protected work, identify or link to the disputed material, provide your name and contact details, explain your ownership or authority, and state that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised and that your notice is accurate. We may request further verification and may share sufficient notice details with the contributor where necessary to assess a counter-notice.

What happens next

We review reports promptly and prioritise urgent safety and privacy matters. Depending on the circumstances, we may request more information, correct a listing, remove media, unpublish content, restrict a contributor or dismiss a report that is unsupported or abusive. We preserve a limited private audit record.

Counter-notices

If your content is removed and you believe that happened by mistake or that you have permission, email us with the report reference, the removed material, your basis for use and supporting evidence. Restoration is at our discretion subject to applicable law and risk.

Emergencies

AdventureMatch is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service rather than using this reporting process.
